The Alabama Business Leadership Employment Network ABLE Network is a partnership of Alabama business leaders, the Alabama Governor's Committee on Employment of People with Disabilities, the Alabama Department of Rehabilitation Services and the Federal Government. The BLN is a national program, led by employers, endorsed by the US Chamber of Commerce that engages the leadership and participation of companies throughout the United States to hire qualified job applicants with disabilities.
The program offers employers access to a pool of applicants with disabilities, disability employment information and a network of companies sharing information on specific disability employment issues.
